Who is responsible

What we collect
Name, email, company (optional), anything you choose to tell us beforehand (optional), the time you picked, your time zone and the page language.
What for
To arrange the call you booked: send you the confirmation, the reminders and, if needed, the cancellation notice. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
Your consent when you tick the box, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract when you book the call.
How long
Six months from the booking. If you become our customer, we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts. It is then deleted automatically.
Who is involved
The server is our own and is hosted in the European Union (Hetzner). Emails are sent with Resend; bot protection is Cloudflare Turnstile; the video call runs on Google Meet. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to hello@uniquenesslabs.com, and withdraw your consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
